Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
